The World Eco-Design Organization (WEDO), an international non-profit organization in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), has long been dedicated to promoting the eco-design concepts and the achievement of sustainable development goals(SDGs). To further support the growth and voices of young design talents on the international stage, WEDO has officially launched the Publishing Programs for Empowering Young Designers.
This program targets young designers worldwide, encouraging them to independently publish academic works or design portfolios that explore concepts, methodological innovations, and practical experiences in the field of eco-design. Leveraging its international resources, WEDO will provide selected participants with support, including applying for international publication ISBN, publishing process guidance, and international dissemination and promotion, helping young designers enhance the global visibility and academic impact of their work.
The program aims to inspire the power of young designers and promote the deep integration of design and sustainable development, enabling forward-thinking design ideas to make a positive impact globally.
