The event aims to facilitate the exportation of Xuwen pineapple to the Southeast Asia markets under RCEP, and research on supply chain standard, international trade and cooperation, digital economy development etc. under RCEP, further promotes the international brand of Xuwen pineapple, thus forcing the high-quality development of Xuwen pineapple industry.
 
Xuwen pineapple with profound cultural heritage that accounts for a large proportion of the national output, demonstrates its international appeal under RCEP. In the opinion of Mr. Mo Zhigui, Director of Zhanjiang Agricultural Bureau, for Xuwen pineapple, the event is a key measure of comprehensive connection and cooperation with RCEP, and promotion of the construction of the “12221” Market System for Agricultural Products. It is also a concrete action to explore markets in regions and countries along the Belt and Road, as well as to integrate with dual circulations of domestic and international economy. Exporting Xuwen pineapple to Singapore is an outstanding practical case of integrating with the world’s agricultural products supply chain, also a strategy to optimize our national agricultural products trade, expand export of our quality agricultural products, and support the national agriculture to go global.

To export Xuwen pineapple to Singapore under RCEP, Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering has steadily advanced the standardizations for production chain and supply chain, and successfully overcome all technical problems encountered during the whole export procedures.

At the event, Mr. Yao Yousheng, Associate Professor of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, Dean of School of Eco-Design Industry, Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, and expert of Guangdong Provincial Innovation Design Research Institute of One Village One Product shared his insights on the principles and directions that a designer shall follow during brand design in multiple aspects of brand design and marketing, cultural connotation, and intellectual property etc. The brand design of Xuwen pineapple is founded on design innovation and marketing development upon the criteria and principles to the member states of RCEP, which contains its own cultural connotation while living up to the international design. Along with the exportation, Xuwen pineapple has accessed to the mainstream distribution channels of a number of RCEP member states through international brand marketing.
 
In the future, we will continue to promote deep integration between rural revitalization and innovation system construction, assisting the strategy of rural revitalization, and exerting the power of think tank, and facilitating the constructions of scale-up, standardization, branding, marketization and internationalization for the industrial economy of eco-design in regions.
