On April 21, 2023, the delegation led by Benito Techico, Special Envoy of the President of the Philippines to China for Trade, Investments, and Tourism, paid a visit to Ningbo Innovation Center, Zhejiang University (ZJUNB). The delegation was warmly welcomed by Hu Zhengyu, Deputy Director of ZJUNB Preparatory Committee and Party Secretary of NingboTech University at the research building of ZJUNB.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the International School of Design, Ningbo Innovation Center, Zhejiang University (ISD-ZJUNB). During the visit, Hu Zhengyu introduced the history and development of ISD, specifically the International Design Education Program, which was launched in collaboration of ISD-ZJUNB, the United Nations Technology Bank for the Least Developed Countries, and World Eco-Design Conference (UN Consultative NGO).
