Led By EIDI! Group Standard on Digital Art, Design Collectibles and Value Evaluation System Officially Released!
Release date : February 28, 2023

In recent days, a Group Standard - Session 1 - General Provisions of Digital Art, Design Collectibles and Value Evaluation System (hereinafter referred as “Standard”), has been released, and would be implemented from 10 February, 2023. The editing of the Standard is led by the National Eco-Industrial Design Institute (EIDI) and compiled by 20 higher education institutes and enterprises of the whole nation.
 
The Group Standard on the Digital Art, Design Collectibles and Value Evaluation System aims to thoroughly apply and implement the National Strategy on Cultural Digitalisation and the National Standardization Development Outline, activate classic cultures, empower tangible economy, efficiently improve the industrial vitality of life values by the construction of standardization led digital art and design development.

There are total 6 sessions in the Group Standard on Digital Art, Design Collectibles and Value Evaluation System. And the Session 1 - General Provisions was released this time, the other 5 sessions of “Collectibles Category”, “Technical Specifications”, “Artistic Value Evaluation”, “Social Responsibility Evaluation”and “Business Valuation” are coming up. There are 4 fundamental elements to create the values of digital art and design collectibless, including technical specification, artistic value, social value, and business value.The 4 elements of technical specification, artistic value, social value, and business value are not isolated but intrinsically interrelated, which are integral in the creation process of the values of the digital art and design collectibles. The assessment on the elements of the values of digital art and design collectibles provides significant basis for all-round evaluation on digital art and design collectibles.
